Masters Properties, Inc, located in Pinehurst, NC, was established in 1999 and is owned and operated by Jon Potter and Karin Potter. Jon and Karin, married here in North Carolina 29 years ago, are a well accomplished and award winning builder team. Jon, a licensed unlimited general contractor for both residential and commercial projects, has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. Jon and Karin exhibit true professionalism and have the credentials to take on any project. Jon’s attention to detail, work ethic and leadership throughout the construction process is second to none. Karin works closely with you, the customer, on selections and day-to-day communications to ensure you that every detail of the project is never overlooked. Family is a very important part of our company. Their son Jonathan, is the director of operations and oversees many aspects of office administration. He often visits job sites as a logistics supervisor and enjoys client interaction.

Jon began building homes with the goal of producing custom built homes with trusted contractors and high-end quality materials for perspective homeowners in search of affordable luxury. Masters Properties Inc. builds both custom residential and commercial properties in Pinehurst, NC, Southern Pines, NC, the surrounding Sandhills area, Raleigh, NC and Wilmington, NC.
