We LOVE our home that Masters Properties built for us in Pinewild Country Club of Pinehurst. When we were interviewing builders, Jon was eager to show us many of the homes he was building in different stages of the process. The time he spent with us gave us confirmation that he cared about the workmanship of his homes. Jon is very hands-on during the entire building process.
We used Jon and Karin’s expertise on our outside material selections (GO BUCKS), changes within our floor plan, and paint selections (which to us, was the hardest decision). Since we were from out of state, Karin set up all the vendor appointments on our schedule. The recommended vendors provided many high end options within our budget, and was seamless and efficient. In our home, Karin went the extra mile to find our wood floor selection online, since she and Jon felt the pricing from other vendors were too high. They really make sure that their clients get the best pricing.
